It does say slicing. They are spreading the 5 gig bandwidth with the eero product looks like 4 different frequencies. So if you have a couple eero devices in your home they talk via slicing the 4 (5gig) frequencies if there is interference from other devices. All on 1 channel. One lane road. So Edgewater paved 2 more lanes and moved over to the passing lane. And the slicing of frequencies can be done on those 3 channels or lanes. Lanes for the fun of it.GL
