This was the first mention of an R/S.

O/S isn't bad, I think it's more for liquidity purposes. Additionally, if they are going to do a $50M offering, that won't be well received on the OTC, nor would they have an easy time finding buyers. Once on NASD, our underwriters will find the buyers, which opens institutional eyes to KAVL, which opens followers of 13F filings to KAVL, analyst coverage, etc etc.

I have never seen an OTC (outside of those foreign companies) post $100M in revenue in it's first year public. Most OTCs are flailing businesses, raising money through convertible debt at fractions below the lowest close price.
