Mike, They've announced lotsa stuff and haven't closed on any. Results drive the stock price and so far only speculation.

Currently, the new subsidiary is on an island by itself. We have no deal with anyone currently and who knows if they can close the PPG deal. Again, speculation.

They got rid of the old junk but screwed up bigtime allowing 78M shares to be sold into the market. There has been nothing stated yet that any shares will need to be bought at market. In fact, I read the 8-K as it could go either way and they would announce as more info became available. Frankly, this ticker is a mess at the moment. Just my opinion.
