What about RLX? I would think that would be best argument for NOT doing a RS?
They have 1.6 BILLION shares outstanding, trade at over 1,500 PE, under 7% institutional ownership, 12% short-interest as of 3/15 and maybe bit more revenue than KAVL but probably not for long? It's trading at over $10 a share.
So again, why the F a RS? Profit opportunity cut in half with a RS period!! No way will this trade at 10:1 ratio shareprice post split. No way.
