NSAID's effect on inflammation isn't as fast as people think.

"At the higher doses available in prescription NSAIDs, the drug can battle inflammation caused by injury or arthritis. You will not get the full anti-inflammatory effect until you’ve been on the medicine for a week or two."

This means minimum of 4 days to 3 weeks of taking higher dosed kidney damaging NSAIDS before anti-inflammatory effects take place.

BIEL products take inflammation away in often less than one day without damaging kidneys. This cannot be said of NSAID's.
