The next thing we know it that Pawson will announce the RS according to the board of directors for the best on going forward interest of the company. I am sure he will add something to cover the RS such as it is to stop the shorts or move on to higher index but we all know it is because AS is coming near hehehe. Plus we know there ain't much shorts as they claimed/hyped and that why the mandatory cert and cusip didn't happen as announced through their PR. They can lie and simply say at a later date that is was not for the best interest of the company and knock statements off easily.
