I am a shareholder of ViaDerma, Inc (VDRM). I am contacting you to get more information about a statement in your last press release stating that you will be? expanding (The Company receives $5,000 per month for each state in which the licensee is doing business. The licensee is currently in six states and expects to expand to more states within the next 30-60 days) ?is this still accurate, can we expect news as soon as April? Also, in the previous press release about (ViaDerma management was able to reach settlements with the individual noteholders totaling only 70 million shares of ViaDerma stock in exchange for the cancellation of all the notes and the entire debt.?) are we expeting another OS raise? As well as AS raise? Or has the company fully issued the shares to the noteholders?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we are expecting the licensee to add more states soon. That is our expectation according to what they have communicated to us.

The noteholders have been completely paid off. The company is debt free. There are no plans to issue any significant number of shares at this time. We may need to increase the authorized at some point in the near future because the pay off took up almost the entire authorized. We are not engaging in any form of funding and plan to be self funded from this point on.
