This news has potential, but we need to know more so we can properly evaluate it. Data Smart Company was incorporated last Friday, 3/26/2021. I would guess PMPG and the individual(s) behind this company have been talking and are comfortable with each other to be able to make a deal this quickly.

Since Data Smart Company doesn’t have any history, we need to know the individual(s) or entity/entities that formed it to properly assess them.

We also need to know more about VHMC; what were its assets? How will its debt to the named note holders in the recent barrage of 8-k filings be paid or restructured? What is VHMC’s value? Will DSCI do business w/PMPG? Is this the technology play PMPG referenced before?

We need answers to these questions. However, this doesn’t change the incredible potential PMPG holds, especially through SRT.
