Here is the video and why is important:

1. Rory keeps talking about transparency and we are doing this together, but when a problem like insider trading comes up he doesn´t talk to his co-owners he hides.

2. Rory said Chad was gonna save the company and deliver products so good Verb would be cash flow positive.

Want another example? here is why I didn't publish the video before:

In the video Rory mentions by the time of the recording he has "SIGNED" a million-dollar-a-year client for Verb Live, he said at that time the client was signed. So where is the disclosure of this material event?

I didn´t want Rory´s cheerleader squad to say: "did you hear about the million-dollar-a-year client", because I knew was another lie from Rory.

So either he lied to all his employees about that client and the company doing great, or he is withholding material events from investors.
