Not sure I buy that argument since the owners of Advent are U.S. citizens and Toucan I assume is domiciled in Maryland, although can’t speak for where the actual funds are domiciled. No matter how you cut it, subsidiary or wholly owned by Toucan, they are going to have tax obligations.

Hope tomorrow for TLD or better. For better or worse, we’re in this together.

Quickly, just saw Diver’s post. Actually he’s right, they really don’t need a lease. I stand corrected on that point. But everything else remains unchanged. Advent is a separate for profit company owned by Toucan that’s engaged in related party transactions.
