Not sure. But that ruling said no monetary compensation for shareholders. Don’t get surprised if we hear similar here, after keeping your hopes high on the SCOTUS.
The other courts rulings and prolonging of the case already disappointed. So I am very cautious here after 10 years of holding here and waiting patiently. Missed so many other opportunities, just holding this. Many stocks went 3 to 15 times in the last one year. Just looking for a right time to exit major portion. Enough of this. I am naive and believed the rule of law is easy. But I think, it’s not as we thought.
