Not up to the company (VDRM) to give information on the sellers holdings. Toxic holder ; after receiving their shares are bound by law to the orderly selling of said stock. This was put into place to help protect the issuing company. Not hard to understand the need not to drop a share price to almost "0" during the selling of stock. Even with this restriction in place the effect can still be seen. Without this recent selling we would be much higher waiting to get crushed with the original amount of shares that in the future were out there. We are in a great place to go higher.
