Mike, all those examples you use are not "insider information". Cars in parking lot is public info, sure someone has to do the analysis but that's not emailing the company insider and getting information from them. Sure I'm in stocks that you find agreements in Freedom of Information Act by finding building permits etc. That's why I also said info from DEM is also not insider information. The BIG difference is if you're getting it from the insiders. It's really that simple which makes me wonder if this is even being discussed in good faith.

No one is accusing Nick of doing it except the guy bragging about getting the info.
