Smart money looks under every nook and cranny for DD on things that can affect a stock price, a company's future,it's business, its patents, it's market, sales, and plans....

No company PR's minute by minute updates.

Hedge funds use satellite data to count cars in Wallmart parking lots, Bank and Amazon and Google AI/electronic data they buy on what is selling, at what prices, and how much and where from browser data and CC-data.

None of that info is in company PR's or SEC filings, and if it is the hedge funds and sleuths like me knew it first, long before SEC filings were filed.

I am in a stock I did my own hedge fund style detective work on 16 months ago, ongoing DD for 16 months, because to this day it has no SEC financial filings, it is an SEC 15-12g running silent, stock that woke up as a court custodial take over play.

All we got was court records, one snail mail Share holder letter 17 months ago, and one 8-K telling the SEC they hired a new auditor and planed to go back to SEC filing.

It is still an OTC Caveat Emptor stock, that I am sure is about to up list to the NYSE in days to weeks now.

There have been zero PRs!!!!! No SEC filings in 17 months, just a steady grind of events in the proper order as laid out in the letter 18 months ago.

So far all my hedge fund style DD and thinking outside the box, the what would I be doing if was them, has been right.

It has hit a $700,000,000 market cap in recent weeks and I am pretty sure (based on my continuing to correct DD so far) it will be a near 10 bagger run to 10 Billion dollars after the SEC filings drop.

So no. In fact lets point out the PR does not say it can be up and running this summer!!!!
