LP needs to raise authorized shares asap to fulfill warrants and options outstanding. She needs to do that at this year's ASM. She needs shareholder approval to do so. That will not happen without topline release first. I believe we will see ASM notification with confirmed date. Between that announcement and the actual ASM, we will get topline and Journal. Estimated topline April 12th. JMHO.
