Hywin Holdings Ltd. said its downsized initial public offering of three million American depositary shares was priced at $10 each, the low end of the expected range of $10 to $12 . The Shanghai third-party provider of wealth-management services had already reduced the size of the IPO to 3.8 million ADSs from 4.2 million. Hywin said it expects gross proceeds of $30 million , adding that it granted the underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 450,000 ADSs.
