Yes.... OTC is of the "opinion" it can be a shell company. And that proves Kool Aid-Man was accurate on his statement that people IN THE HIGHER UP think greatly this can be a shell.

Let me shoot straight though, the initially OTC that started Vitamin Water way back.... (before 6 or more changes of ownership) was similar.

That said ..... you dog Kool Aid Man....but Eddie you and all BOTH know nothing is a shell till it is actually a shell. I mean in real life....nothing is a shell till an animal takes it as a host.

Now that aside. We should ALL WAIT TILL YOU GET THE REST OF YOUR COMPANIES CURRENT.


BUT THAT MEANS, nobody should be pumping (or dumping on you). Cause if it's okay to pump the possible good, it is okay to pump the positive bads, And you have way more positive names on this, then negatives.

So why the PPS down?

And overall.. truly why you worried about Kool Aid Man? You are authorized to be an executive of a publicly traded company (which the previous true runner of BDGR wasn't).........

I truly hope the best, but I see some stuff that gives huge pause.
