I have owned this small Texas refinery stock for over 11 years. The CEO's name is Jonathan Carroll. I met him at the one of the annual meetings in Houston. Mr. Carroll owns just over 80% of the outstanding stock. He has not sold any shares in the time I have owned this so it is fair to say it's highly doubtful he will be unloading any anytime soon.

I bring this up because this is as solid of a "low float" stock as you'll see but more importantly we have a CEO that is ALL IN on his company. There's no shortage of motivation for him to do his dead level best to see that this refinery succeeds.
