Unless we are dealing with amateurs at the helm, I would have assumed management would own over 50% of the o/s

I am hoping that if the stonewal thing gets resolved soon, cbay can buy back company stock and eventually retire it

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
