Ultimate GWTR DD post for 2021, years in the making.

In 2015 GWTR announced a partnership with AquiSense Technologies.

"INDIANAPOLIS, FLORENCE and AMSTERDAM, November 1, 2015 -- Global Water Technologies (OTC Pink: GWTR) is pleased to announce it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AquiSense Technologies, a Kentucky company that is unveiling the world's first UV-C LED production product for water disinfection at Aquatech Amsterdam."

In 2016, UV-LED maker Nikkiso buys AquiSense in $9.3M deal
16 Aug 2016

"US-based AquiSense, which specializes in UV disinfection modules, becomes subsidiary of large Japanese industrial firm.
Nikkiso, a diversified Japanese company with industrial, medical and aerospace business units that also makes UV-LED chips, has acquired UV disinfection specialist AquiSense Technologies, in a $9.3 million cash deal.

With bases in Kentucky and North Carolina, AquiSense uses deep-UV (UV-C) LEDs in its systems, devices emitting between wavelengths of 255 nm and 350 nm. Those manufactured by Nikkiso exploit technology initially developed by 2014 Nobel physics laureates Isamu Akasaki and Hiroshi Amano.

But the Japanese firm also sells a huge number of industrial pumps that could potentially incorporate UV-LED disinfection as standard in the future."

Nikkiso Group is a publically traded company with a public market value of almost $1,000,000,000.

On 1/1/2021, GWTR CEO Erik Hromadka confirms the relationship.

"Global Water Technologies releases annual shareholder letter
One positive development is the introduction of a new UV-C LED system for point-of-entry applications. Global Water Technologies is an authorized distributor for this new technology and has received one of the very first such units in the world. By providing safer and more efficient disinfection for drinking water, this new system has significant potential in targeted market segments."

With the current GWTR O/S of just 23,000,000 and PPS of .08, gives GWTR a public market value of just $1.8M.

Ridiculously undervalued when considering that the GWTR CEO recognizes the urgency to get the company current with OTCmarkets.

Global Water Technologies plans compliance and project activities

INDIANAPOLIS, February 20, 2021 -- Global Water Technologies (OTC: GWTR) was notified by OTC Markets this week that the SEC recently adopted final amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, which will impact trading in its stock on the Pink Market this year.

The amendments are designed to modernize the rule, which was last substantively amended nearly thirty years ago. The amended rule requires that companies make current disclosure publicly available in order to be publicly quoted by a broker-dealer.

The company held initial discussions with OTC Markets and its new transfer agent and intends to comply by the June 30 deadline.
