Just recieved info!on USSE plans:

First i am new to this forum. I am an investor from CT. Bought stock in USSE about 3 weeks ago. I also own a moving company in CT.
Well for weeks I have been doing research in USSE and found tons. Last week I put a email in to USSE for more info and recieved a call from Richard Piasano from Redwood Consultants, very down to earth guy like what I heard.
My questions were about the mergers etc... Well this is what he told me: USSE and the power division USSP or ? Had a shell in mind for a reverse merger for the power division, well after the lawyers investigating they did not approve this shell.
They are currently as we speak looking at other shells and will have another soon. When they find a shell they like things will change and the new name etc... will be made.
He also said when the merger happens between USSE and ONYI the owners of USSE will get more shares(the better deal).
I am just a business owner in CT. that is new to investing and like what I heard. I am not a specialists in the stock market so there is still alot for me to learn.
But I'll tell you what, I know a good thing when I see it!
