Sadly they have used over half of their time since I announced they had 11 months. Down to less than 5 before they are gone forever.

Looks like MCIC has another 11 months before they will be shut down unless they get completely current.

Can they do it?

the SEC change to rule 15C-211 which will become effective in approximately 60 days and which will give companies 9 months to comply
