Heads-up. I wrote to who I think is the best legal reporter at Bloomberg Law about Marjac's Rule 24 and Rule 60 filings. She forwarded the info to another reporter covering Amarin and he emailed me asking for info on what issues investors think are important to Amarin. He I believe is covering the Delaware case. I 'll send my views tomorrow. If anyone wants
to add anything, I'll read over the thread and add it to my email or phone call with him. Late in my time zone now, so I'll read responses tomorrow.
