I looked up the appraisal data for PKG in Meridian for shareholders to see because the acquisition has been clarified as buying the property as well as the business.
Appraisal is generally below the actual value of the property. It will be interesting to see what the property price paid will be when shared with us on the financials.
I don't know if they have other properties other than their main building. I suspect they might as I believe these are only offices. Maybe someone can enlighten me and others with some knowledge on this.

Edit to add: Homy Pahahi is a part of NIMA LLC which shows as owner of the property. He and Nima Pahani (coincidence on the name?) are part of PKG NIC (Ninja Innovation Center). Still working on other stuff related to this.
