He has been, may still be the Managing director of this firm that has nearly a billion dollars of annual revenue dealing with helping SEC Public firms properly prepare, with 100% NDA security, their SEC filings including the kind that would up list NDTP to the NYSE overnight. In fact that same firm is on NYSE.
