It's a very personal decision. I think our future is totally hanging in the balance. Either they get a contract and we probably all get rich or this is the last and final fail and the the whole thing collapses for a complete loss.

I am still betting on a contract. But I already own a ton more of this stock than I should so I am not a buyer. My observation is that if there is a contract, the price will start to creep up slowly prior to the announcement. There are always a few that know before us and begin buying. If I was going to be buying shares, I would wait for the price to start creeping up and then be ready to get in fast. These are just the ramblings of the world's worst investor so be careful about paying any attention to me.
