Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I’ve seen dilution mentioned, but how does that work when the exchange shows lots of buying before and after hours? Could KWBT be issuing more shares that are moved around accounts, either to Global or elsewhere. and then sold? Strange how there’s lots of buy orders but the price is falling.

Isn’t there a requirement for them to share this with investors?
