Ranger, I don't think Nokia is going to be able to pass off a back room guy, so to speak, again. There is no way the poor slob for Nokia IPR licensing in the UK could provide credible answers to that deposition. Come to think of it neither can anyone else at Nokia. The only one that should have all of the consolidated information would be the Pekka, and he ain't talking.

The point is if they don't provide the information from a credible source with credible answers, Nokia may find themselves swimming against a Tusnami of jurisprudence.
