PH knows approval is imminent, thus the rush to build a plant and do an unneeded secondary. Why the rush to do a secondary? Because early approval is going to happen. They had time to do a secondary especially knowing they were part of discussions with the analyst and what we don't see are the smiles, winks, and other body languages to indicate the real purpose of the manufacturing build-out.

We will hear of early approval within 90 days!!
