There is a difference between late disclosure and insider trading. One is primarily civil, the other criminal.

Whatever, I think of Rory, and it isn’t much, I do doubt he would “let everyone know”. He is a lawyer....and it would not be in verb’s interest to announce such a thing because the company can have liability as well.

I do suspect there is something to this story, perhaps a lot more...as they have removed all bios of the “Senior Team” from the website.

Plus his past behaviours could create an environment where it’s perceived that it is OK to bend the rules..as long as you don’t get caught.

If an employee made stock trades on the basis of insider information...a lot more is going to show up from the SEC.

However, that could take awhile unfortunately.
