The only positive from this is that if gV were a tiny fracture of V sales, Amarin couldn't claim infringement in court (although HDG disagrees)

??? I said: quantity does not matter. 1 script / year could be a basis or 1.000.000 / week could not be ... induced infringement does not depend on volume.
