GH: Great DD Post! Cheers! ...

Wrong. That would be correct for typical OTC stocks that trade hundreds or thousands of dollars daily and once in a while trade tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe a million or two. That blip in dollar volume says nothing about stock seriousness.

In the recent period since December 1st, 2020 till now, $TSNP/$TSNPD has traded in the dollar volume range of minimum of $4.7 million and maximum of $371 million, with an average of $55 million dollars daily (based on HLC price). Yes, $371 million dollars traded in a single day. And that $ volume is not a blip, it has been going over the past couple of months. By the way, this happened with $TSNP/$TSNPD, I want to see what happens when it becomes $HMBL.

So this is not a typical OTC stock to apply typical OTC rules to. I wouldn't even call it OTC. For me, this is a Nasdaq stock with a OTC label (hopefully temporarily).

Traders/investors that moved the share price from $0.0001 all the way up to $1.93 one day (pre-RS), that is 1,930,000% (1.93 million percent), and still paying a lot of money on daily basis must have a strong reason to do so.

It's not about the amount of money itself but about the "wisdom of the crowd" or "collective opinion" behind it that makes so much people share and see the same great thing that makes them willing to give the share price such high value compared to its low beginning. They must be seeing something and I would rather take that crowd's opinion over a person or two saying this company is not serious.

Quote:"One only has to look at the many long dead, dark OTC shells trading at ridiculous volumes and prices in the last few months to see that."

First, this is not a "shell" anymore. In case you haven't heard, there was a reverse merger and this is now HUMBL, an existing company with a world-class team, global network, and working products, and more expected to come. Second, we are not discussing "the many long dead, dark OTC shells" here, we are discussing HUMBL. If you have any comments about its business or technologies so far, just mention them. Other than that, this distraction by mentioning other irrelevant companies does not work.

Thank you for giving me a reason to do more DD and have more insight into this great company and stock. Please keep it going.
