Filings that must be done to get current:

All 3 Quarterly reports for 2020 (expect them to be filed between 3-26 and 3-31)

10-K for 2020 (expect between 4-10 and 4-15)

Q1 and Q2 for 2021 (Expect between 4-16 and ?)

Q3 for 2021 will be due on 5-15. My hope is that it gets filed at same time as other 2021 Q's, in mid to late April, as there would be no reason not to file it early, to insure current status is granted quickly by being ahead of the game at that point.

Then, the 2021 10-K won't be due until end of August.
