Trademark you reference belongs to Crucible, not LQMT.

On August 5, 2010, the Company entered into a licensing agreement with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) pursuant to which

(i) the Company contributed substantially all of its intellectual property assets to a newly organized special-purpose, wholly-owned subsidiary, called Crucible Intellectual Property (“CIP”),

(ii) CIP granted to Apple a perpetual, worldwide, fully-paid, exclusive license to commercialize such intellectual property in the field of consumer electronic products in exchange for a license fee, and

(iii) CIP granted back to the Company a perpetual, worldwide, fully-paid, exclusive license to commercialize such intellectual property in all other fields of use.

While Apple clearly owns the Trademark for CE, however, it can only be applied for products produced via IP (such as LM105) within the CIP itself.

LM106C is NOT part of CIP.

Make no mistake APPLE is part of this TradeMark Filing and/or Lawsuit.
Make no mistake APPLE is still active with CIP participation (after TTA expiration)
Make no mistake LQMT/APPLE/EON are all in the family
