NASDAQ Requirements are pretty demanding regarding financial history. ENZC's not even close to qualifying.

NASDAQ Lists the requirements on their site.

"...So does anyone actually have any real expectations of an "up-listing" with this thing any time in the near future ( as in a year or less-more) ?..."

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
