Bottom line is AMRN has patents for CVD. Patients have the problem. Hickma makes the drug. Pharmacies fill the script. Insurance pays for it. When it’s an infringing script on a valid patent...someone is liable. They are all going to throw their hands in the air here and say “it’s not us”...but ya know what...it’s all of em.
