OK THANK YOU, that makes me feel better. I always thought the IP was owned by Marker/Baylor, so I was wondering why I am reading this talk about who owns the IP.
I get the part about being sued and also others stealing it so we have to sue.

As I was typing my first question to you, I'm thinking that the IP should have been addressed in some SEC document when they went to merge.
