What a bunch of innuendo!

So there were several lawsuits and its Paul’s MO

There is currently only one lawsuit. It involves FarmOn Foundation and mCig accused them of breech of contract. To my knowledge, Paul isn't wasting much, if any, time on pursuing it. It's probably not worth the cost.

He is now a patent troll and will be using the courts again.

You want to call him a patent troll and at the same time claim that the patent is worthless. Make up your mind. Bots owns the Bitcoin ATM patent and as a shareholder I hope they make money off of it. If that means going to court to enforce it, so be it. He'd be neglecting his fiduciary duty to his shareholders if he didn't pursue it.

Paul also has paid several millions in stock based compensation to random consultants .

Companies, particularly those without much free cash, often pay for goods and services with their stock and categorize it as consulting services. On several occasions Paul paid for services out of his own shares and wrote them off as loans to the company for which he was not reimbursed or reimbursed with assets which had outlived their value to the company (e.g. vitacig inventory). Let us know if/when you find something illegal or dishonest. You won't.

Malecyon just happened and as you mentioned is still part owners so this isn’t old news , it’s very relevant that a profitable business all of a sudden closed shop after paul and co showed up

Paul sold the shell of the publicly traded Vitacig Corp to Malecon Pharmacy in exchange for a roughly 10% share of the company. At the time, Malecon was bringing in roughly $10,000,000/year in revenue and shareholders benefitted from a spike in the pps over the next year. Once Mike Hawkins finished his contractual stint as temporary CFO of the company a year later, mCig had little to no control over what happened. The CEO ignored all of Paul's advice and OMHE went downhill. The current state of OMHE has nothing to do with Paul or Bots.
