So there were several lawsuits and its Paul’s MO , way too many for a small business . He is now a patent troll and will be using the courts again.

Paul also has paid several millions in stock based compensation to random consultants . This was extracted from the company and it was literally stockholder who paid the costs of these. And again there were several write offs and write downs of assets and revenue, those are facts

Malecyon just happened and as you mentioned is still part owners so this isn’t old news , it’s very relevant that a profitable business all of a sudden closed shop after paul and co showed up
