Just to correct the MISINFORMATION here. TD Ameritrade has ALREADY stated that as of 01/31/2021 they will no longer allow opening trades on Caveat Emptor stocks.

BUT like I said earlier TD still LETS ME buy and sell them. They only blocked me from buying for 1 week.

Poor folk shouldn't bet the farm on 1 ticker!
