PPG/E-F need to do quite a bit of DD of their own. I don’t see similar technology within the existing E-F product lines. This will be a new line of business for them.

They also have to work out various roles throughout the value chain from manufacturing all the way to the various revenue streams and all steps in between. While not all of this needs to be resolved prior to the LOI, a PPG size company is very careful, also read very slow, w/new lines of business. If by the end of Q2 nothing materializes, then it’s definitely time to seek other partners.
