The dividend shares for SPC will be issued immediately upon formation and launch of the new SPC vehicle for Sustainable Power Corp. The many offers for mergers, acquisition targets, and overall scope of opportunity relating to USSEC truly identifying and cementing its vision has given management many opportunities that are being dealt with as fast as humanly possible. Part of this is ensuring that the SPC foundation can stand the test of time, due to the size of contract opportunities being presented.

The SPC spin off also relates to obtaining new capital, and USSEC has approached this very carefully to ensure they avoid dilution of shareholder positions at all costs.
