I don't think that was the deal...

shouldn't we have had our shares converted to Northern by now?

I read & posted the filing a while back, but I'm not looking at it now...

From memory, the deal was a simple cash-buyout for the company, which will become a shell w/ cash-in-the-bank and an unspecified business plan.

As far as I know shareholders are in limbo, awaiting further guidance from management.

Maybe they've got something cooking... and maybe they don't.

I have no idea.
