Just another FYI for folks ----that is
The ones that are not "well heeled" and "experienced"

I started in 1961 with a NYSE Firm----and one of the things taught me was that our companies did not consider you an investor unless you provided your money to the Company when it offered its shares---the IPO==

If you bot in the open mkt from a flipper.. then you were a specky.. a flipper...that's just the way it was---

There was no OTC to speak of ,,, hell, a big trading day volume on the NYSE was 250K==275K shares---for the whole entire trading day----

Pink Sheet stocks came out once a week ,, on a PINK SHEET of paper!!!!!
Gave the name and phone number of the MM s and the most recent BID-ASK and LAST .....

Nobody had ever heard of ""transparency"" for an OTC stock---shit, nobody knew what it meant ,, nor could they spell it---and try and call an OTC stock CEO for info----well, you might have more luck mining diamonds out of Sierra Leone---

For what we have here ,, compared to what I grew up with as a broker who had to ""sell"" on commission for a living-----in the West Tx area (Midland/Odessa) oil patch-----this is PURE GOLD.. as in 24 KARAT!!!!
