PL... I agree with your response completely and offer my thanks..

In humor, we will spare again on the future...

I don't like the Exec. options award process... we get diluted with more shares, we lose with every reverse split and follow on price decline. They just award themselves more shares... without specific measurable goals, while Baylor and Mayo do the work... just saying.. they never feel the investment loss pain.
