It needs clarifying. OTC Markets still has Dalsey as President. The departure of an officer of a company should result in notification to shareholders through either an 8-K or a press release. And more important to IDGC and shareholders is the financing aspect that Dalsey was to bring to the company.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
