Mask, The lack of buying when $XERI was in the .20s was probably out of fear that the shorts were winning and $XERI's share price might drop even lower. Now that the shares have started to climb back up, buyers are coming back in -- but we probably won't see a lot of activity until $XERI can show us they're financially stable (or at least close to becoming so) and/or that they've signed a major contract of some kind.

PS: Personally, I wouldn't wait for $XERI to drop below .30 -- since we may not see that again. Maybe recalibrate for the mid .30's if you're lucky. When (not if) $XERI takes off, the extra few cents won't make that much of a difference -- and you'll be able to grab a lot more shares that way. Just my opinion...
