RVNC has 88.1M fully-diluted shares by my count the (#msg-162199600), so there is hardly any headway in the existing 95M authorization in the corporate charter. When companies get this close to the limit, they typically increase the authorization, so I don’t think the proposal to increase the authorization signifies anything in particular regarding a financing transaction or acquisition.

Still, I plan to vote my shares against the proposal to send a message that I think the company’s cash burn is too high. (The proposal will pass, of course.)
