Thanks bro. I believe their PA form is flawed, which is something Capt Beer called out to them (slightly different than a non ex-military PA form). However, we filled in the PA form correctly but it didn’t allow us to get to the CV questions as they direct you to other medications for treatment of trigs over 500 and/or statins. Dmiller I can help if he wants it. No one should be denied because the PA form. Either you qualify for the CV indication or you don’t. If you do, a PA form shouldn’t stop anyone from obtaining treatment.
