Good point to bring up Basin. I think the difference between AF and me on explaining why four months prior to TLD announcement is a solid point to look at a small bio’s market cap is: AF believes it means a leak must inevitably occur by that time, whereas I believe Companies must make a resource go or no go decision by that time. Because of this, they must open their platform performance to more scrutiny, and thus, by four months or more prior to top line announcement, large private investors will either be impressed or not. In NWBO’s case, the go decision seemed to be tied to the endpoint reordering. After that was in the books, large investors with NDAs probably bought in because they have even more technical insight/assurances. We went over 300 million market cap late last summer. It’s been steady accumulation and tree shaking since then. No question they have the resources to pull off a launch in the near future. Results will dictate how steep that ramp needs to be. A tranche of 11 million (loan) plus exercised warrants at this late stage seems to suggest they continue to push their European manufacturer to full readiness. JMHO
